Tamborine National Parks
Seven designated walking tracks are located within the Tamborine National Park. The walks take you through rainforests with large strangler figs, peccabeen palm groves and tall trees festooned with vines, ferns and orchids. The Parks are also a bird watcher's paradise. Three of the walking tracks are a short stroll from Amore.
All walks are easy to moderate and vary in distance from 1.4 kilometres (30 minutes) to 2.6 kilometres (one hour).

Winery Trail
Amore is ideally positioned. Depart from Amore - travel 7 kilometres and return to Amore and you will have visited three wineries, the local award winning distilllery, the outstanding cheese factory and two wine tasting outlets. All within seven kilometres of Amore.

Amore is adjacent to the famous Gallery Walk (two doors away). Gallery Walk is well known for its colourful selection of shops, galleries, cafes and wine outlets. It will not only tantalize your taste buds, but you may also purchase something a little different from one of the many beautiful shops.

Markets
Fruit and veggies at the local producers' market each Sunday and country markets on the second and fourth Sunday of each month. The Sunday markets attract travellers from afar and you will be surprised at the selection and price of the many and varied stalls.
